Purchased this in conjunction with an Xbox one wireless controller to go with my existing controller. Gave me the second battery pack to go with my first controller and cost as much as buying a single controller with a single play and charge kit battery pack and cord. Well worth the cost and works as described

Can you get replacement battery packs?
If one of the battery packs that goes into the controller gets misplaced, is it possible to find a replacement?
I believe standalone packages of battery packs are available doing a quick online search should find you the answer you were looking for

Do you need to use the included stand?
Do the controllers sit on the base and charge properly if you don't attach the stand that comes with this unit?
No because you don't snap the controllers into place basically gravity does the job so the stand is needed to make it work
