After 7 years, one of the speakers of my much loved 2.1 Logitech system crapped out and it was time to look for something new. After much research I had to decide on a system optimized for gaming or music.
Since I do very little gaming, it was an easy choice after listening to this Klipsch system. I am very happy with the sound and hope they last as long as my previous system. Much better than the current offerings by Logitech and Boston Acoustics. YMMV

As a side note, I have repurposed the sub from the old Logitech system and hooked it up to two BIC Venturi bookshelf speakers I got on the cheap and now have a kick-a** 2.1 system for the TV to combine with the soundbar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: great sound quality and very comfortable
What's not so great: charging connection is cumbersome
I have had four of these of different models and age, and they still outperform all others I have tried. It has glaring one weakness that Plantronics has failed to correct and that is that the area between the battery and the ear piece ALWAYS breaks or tears. It just happens after a period of time, but I always purchase the Best Buy warranty and they have always made the replacement quick and painless. Yeah Geek Squad!

What's great about it: Was a perfect fit and the sound quality of SiriusXM compared to using the windshield mount unit is terrific.
What's not so great: Some of the buttons can be tough to see while driving
This is a great unit with more capability that I am using right now.
I got it mainly for the screen display and SiriusXM capability and I am not disappointed with anything. The fact that it was on special with free installation was a real bonus. I plan on going all out and getting backup camera to go along with it so my wife won't hit the garbage can anymore while backing out of the driveway. (hopefully)

will these speakers connect to a brand new samsung 3d tv for better listening than the tv puts out?
Yes you can, but the method will depend on your TV capabilities.
If your TV has a headphone jack, you can plug it directly into them. You will have to experiment with turning off your internal speakers, or keeping them on depending on how the sound balances.
If you do not have a headphone plug, you can get a 1/8" to dual male RCA adapter at your local radio shack and plug them into one of the audio inputs of the TV.
In either case, it should result in a dramatic improvement in your sound.
If your TV has a headphone jack, you can plug it directly into them. You will have to experiment with turning off your internal speakers, or keeping them on depending on how the sound balances.
