What's great about it: Great sound. Easy to set up.
What's not so great: Expensive. Needs to be reset more often than preferred.
Although I've never set up a stereo or surround sound system before, this system was quite simple. The sound is great although I would have preferred to pay less for the package. The Bluetooth works great to synch my music from my smart phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How do you connect to entertainment center? (Surround sound system)

All of the cables that you need to hook up your TV are included. Surprisingly enough, you have just one cable connection from your TV to the soundbar. An HDMI cable is provided for hook up to provide true HD sound. If your TV has an HDMI jack, use this optical cable. Otherwise, the system includes RCA jacks as well. The instructions provided with the system are very clear and easy to understand. They make cable connection recommendations for Good, Better and Best sounds.

Can you control the center speaker volume to turn up the dialog only?

We want to be able to hear the dialog above the sound effects and music.
Yes. There are many, many options on controlling the sound. It is easily catered to individual preferences. There are so many options that it will take just a little time and patience to find the right combination for you.

Are the satellite speackers wireless also

No. The satellite speakers are wired to the subwoofer. The subwoofer must be plugged into an outlet; but, it can be put anywhere in the room and is not physically connected to the soundbar.
