I have only tried in twice with my phone and for music. It sounded great to me and I think it will work for what I want. It is bigger then thought. But it works.

My printer we bought keeps saying it is not connected to internet what do I need to do

Did you download the wireless connection or just plug the usb plug in?

simple instructions to copy a document

not printer savy - bought a printer too sophisticated - may have to return! HELP! where are step-by-step instructons for copy, print, scan, fax?
If you click on the HP printer in the all programs it will open up a menu. Then you can put a paper to be scanned in or whatever you want printed just right click and select print. Hope this helps. Oh, you do not need to copy to print.
