I really like it and it works great. I mopped then used it and found out I'm a pretty good mop guy, but it made my floors really shine without the mop swish marks. I was going to do 4 stars because it did not warn me that it will burn the coating off of linoleum while cooling down. That was on the middle heat BTW. Just remember when you power it off to set it on it's rug hooptie or on a surface that can take the heat. I would recommend this to anyone with hardwood or tile flooring, easy to use, quick heat up, long cord ...

I bought 2, on sale, and they just don't move as much air as I expected. They seem to swirl air around themselves rather than pushing it. I'm not going to return them but I expected more, not saying they're bad but not what I expected, nor wanted.

I got this as an auxiliary back up and was excited as the seagate I had previously would not work with Windows 8 (Windows is such a scam, but what are you going to do). I plugged it in and loaded the the software it came with, not realizing it was a third party program. The drive itself seems to working correctly but I have trouble seeing the files saved to ensure everything I want saved is saved. The NTI software is terrible, it can't seem to back-up when scheduled and now I don't trust it too. Every-time I put my computer through a start-up I get a notification that there is an upgrade for the 'free' NTI software which is an unwelcome sales pitch to pay $19.99 to make it work better. Why is there no Toshiba back-up program? They are a great company which is why I bought the drive with their name on it. I am very disappointed and am researching a different portable hard-drive.

Really like the sound bar, it has really good sound. I am a little disappointed in the volume, I expected more I guess. Works really good with HD hook-ups and the PS-3.

software
does it come with backup software?
It comes with NTI back-up software, it has a nice display but it always failed to back-up on the schedule I put it on, and wants to force itself to also back-up on your cloud. Everytime you re-start your computer it will alert you that there is an update available, but when you check its a sales pitch to spend extra money to make it work correctly. I was very disappointed.
