The first week of use, I had no problem. Now whenever I plug the cooling system in the fan is so loud, like there is something stuck in it (there isn't) and I have to bang it around a bit to knock it back into silence. When it's quiet, I absolutely love it. Perhaps mine is faulty, but it is worth considering when you purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This external hard drive is affordable and it does exactly what it should. The program opens and installs quickly. I have had no issues at all. The only thing I will say is buy the version that is primarily for your computer. I accidentally bought the Mac version (and exchanged for PC), and the box says that it will work with PC without a problem, but that is not true. Buy the correct one and you'll do fine :)

This bag is well made, and though I haven't had it too long, I am pleased with it's structure. Be aware of how large the bag is.. you will be tempted to fill it to an uncomfortable level because it will fit basically anything. It would be a great bag to travel with, for work or otherwise.

What cables will I need? Or does the drive come with cables? I am everything Apple, computer, iPad and iPhone. Thanks for your help!

The drive comes with a short cable with a USB end. It'll work with you Mac as long as it has a USB port! :)
