I read a couple reviews before deciding.. saw it was highly recommended and decided to go for it. I bought this product because I wanted the flexibility of turning a light ON/OFF while I was away from home. Discovered that the app has a schedule feature which works great for leaving town for a couple days.
Great product!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This may sound stupid- but can I use the app to operate the Belkin switch, say.... from India?

I would think it works if you have connection to the internet on the device that has the app. Haven't tried it from that far yet so can't tell you for certain.
