What's great about it: its silent
What's not so great: i thought i could use it with pc
I bought this one because I have a MAC but I thought I can also use it on a PC. So I googled, and there was a way to set it up for a PC also. I love it because apart that it is silent it is portable since the last one I had was a desktop one.
This product has... Reliable, Fast, Attractive design/portable, Quiet, Large capacity/good size

What's great about it: It lights up when phone is charging
What's not so great: it stopped working in a few days
I loved the way they made this charger how it lights up when its charging my phone. But suddenly it would just stop charging that i had to play with it until it started charging again. On the 4th or 5th day of having it it just stopped working completely. I took it back and exchanged it for an apple charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this yesterday and its super dimmed lighting

i want to return it or get a new one but i threw the box away. can i still do that?
I think you can as long as you purchased it within 15 days and have the receipt. if you don't have the receipt and paid with credit card they will be able to find it in their system.
