I absolutely love my headset. I still haven't quite figured out how to have more than one device connected and sometimes I get the phone button and play/pause button confused as they are in the same place on opposite sides. The magnets that hold the earpiece to the main device are not the best and a lot of times I have trouble finding my earpiece as it has fallen out of it's holder and is hanging down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does it work with voice commands?

Yes it does. I use mine with my iPhone every day. Whatever Siri can do, the headset can do.
