If you're not looking for smart TV, this is one of the best options available. Great price. Great quality. Just hook up your smart device (roku/appleTV etc) and you're good to go. Everything is great except no vga connection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a 3 year old, 50" version

I have a 3 year old, 50" version of this Samsung plasma. 6 months ago we started to notice a very slim vertical line running the full length of the screen (near the center). It starting out just showing up occasionally then progressively got worst and now the line is always there. Then it started to develop another slim vertical line and now it is up to 3 vertical lines! I've tried everything and every adjustment in the settings but lines are still present. Any suggestions!! We love this TV and picture quality and hate that this problem has occurred!
Try googling your model number (should be on the back of the TV. Look for ppl experiencing the same problem (even on other models/brands since it might be the same issue) This might be a defect in one of the integrated circuit board inside the TV. If you are out of warranty you can try disassembling the TV to find the components/boards which have part numbers on them and if you pinpoint which of the boards is defective, you can try getting a used one (i dont think you can get a new one). Most likely it's going to be very close to not worth it vs buying a new TV.
