Set up is simple, sound is good, and the blue tooth connects every time within seconds. My biggest concern was would I have to fight trying to keep them in while working out? Answer, NO! Running, Wall Ball, Slam Ball, Weights no problem, they stay in perfectly. Plus, I lost one of the buds, and JayBirds customer service was great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having trouble fitting them to my ears.

Can't figure out what size ear holders to use. When I bend down the sound changes. Not sure if I should keep them. They also fall out of my ears easy.
I had somewhat of the same issue, I thought small was the key, lost a medium had go to the large, and figured out that is what I should have been using all along. It was counter intuitive, but the larger was stays put better.
