My 1st laptop but still haven't given up my desktop. Windows 8 takes some getting used to, mostly I just go to Desktop and work from there. Only complaint so far is with the CD/RW. Trying to rip music and it will do about 3 CD's then it won't recognize the CD at all. Wait a while it will start working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No Office is installed with this laptop. You will have to add to purchase or purchase yourself.

How long is the battery life? How many hours?

I'm getting 5-6 hours with easy use. Not gaming.
