Can it charge inside the case with the ear bud on? Or do I have to remove the earbud each time to charge?

No. They must be removed. Where to store them is a problem as they are easily lost.

how to install Air 2 to this keyboard/case

I am wondering how to install my Air 2 to this keyboard. I don't see anything on my iPad that looks like it would connect to anything.
You must use the Bluetooth connection. Make sure your pad has its Bluetooth turned on. Turn on the keyboard and follow the directions on the pads Bluetooth screen.

NETGEAR - Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender with Ethernet port
NETGEAR - Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender with Ethernet port
NETGEAR Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender: Broaden your network connection with a range extender that gives you extra Wi-Fi coverage in your home. Smart LED indicators will direct you to the optimal location to plug the extender into the wall, so you can easily enjoy improved range and speed on your mobile and wired devices. Save on data usage by connecting your smartphone or tablet to your home network.

Voltage?

Which range of voltage does it support?
This just plugs into an ordinary US socket in your house. You must set it up before use. You will need a computer or some devise on your home network to teach the device the Wi-Fi signal. Then you just plug it in and turn it on. Look for the new Wi-Fi signal, and log in(if you have set up a password with your original connection, the password is the same).
