This works good in a large room but not for the whole main floor. Has a lot of features. Remote is nice to.

vent through a fireplace?

My homeowner's association forbids the use of window air conditioners plus I have sliders so would have to jerry rig something.
Could I safely vent through my fireplace? With open flue?
This should work fine on a slider window.
