I do like my TiVo. Works well. However, I used the online purchase and went to Best Buy to pick it up. The box was seriously banged up. The product is okay. But had I found it in the store, I would have not taken one that had looked like it fell off the FedEx truck on the New Jersey turnpike.
I would recommend this to a friend!
