First of all the sound quality is much better than I expected. I purchased these because I wanted something easy to wear while I was at the gym. I wanted the freedom to exercise without the limitation of having something attached to my music player. This eliminated the problem of knocking my phone onto the treadmill in mid stride. The other cool thing is I can walk away from my music player and still have superb sound for a good 15 feet. The only drawback to this is that the earbuds tend to fall out occasionally especially during strenuous activity. It comes with three pairs of buds s,m, l. But I guess I have an odd size. I have order additional buds, and am awaiting their arrival. Hopefully that solves the problem. Battery life on these is very good. I have to charge them about once every three days. I just have to keep it top of mind after my workout. I would say that these are some of the best ear phones that I have purchased.

how do you synk the phone to to earphones

hoe do I get the headphones in sync mode?
Hold the middle button for about 8-10 seconds then you will see it start to flash.
