What's great about it: Has great beats audio and a fair camera system.
What's not so great: You can't add additional memory to the phone. Poor battery.
I own 2 of these phones for my children. It's a great value for the sale price, but has relatively short battery life and if your looking for phone that has versatile memory capabilities, this is not the phone for you. The operating system is right up there with the best smartphones on the market. Works well for the smartphone beginners.

What's great about it: LIghtweight & slim.
What's not so great: Not much protection, if dropped.
Great case for the Note 2, if your looking to use the phone in a professional environment. If you're using your phone in a rugged environment, this is not the case for you.

What's great about it: User Friendly, fast and a multitude of business applications
What's not so great: Not easy to carry in your pocket, if that's important to you.
I've owned many smartphones (t-mobile's MDA, i-phone 3 & 4, Sprint's HTC EVO, Samsung Galaxy 2) and the Note II is by far the best phone I have owned. The cameras, operating system, business applications and battery life are all above and beyond any other phone on the market. If you're looking for the perfect phone to "handle it all", this would be the phone for you.

I currently have an "older" cell phone @ VERIZON - I am elligible for an upgrade -

I would like to purchase a new SAMSUNG NOTE II from BestBuy - could you folks transferr my phone listing data from my current LG cell? . . .I am a senior citizen, with Parkinson's Disease and it would take me several hours to re-input the info. . . .
Best Buy can transfer your information while you are in their store. It only takes a few minutes and is an easy process. We recently purchased 4 smartphones and transferred the phone numbers, text and any other data needed on all 4 phones. It was an easy process.
