The cable is great to transfer files from my phone to a computer, provided the phone is in the right position. The micro USB is a shy small on its connection both in depth and girth. This allows it to wiggle a bit. The charge speed of the cable barely keeps up with phone drain whether hooked up to a PC or a USB wall outlet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The earpieces are great. Soft and fits well in a small canal. The microphone however moves around to much and if the hole is not directly aimed at the mouth it drops sound for the recipient.

The item worked exactly as described and intended for. As it is intended to be put in at the entry point of your residence to amplify an already good signal that can be degraded by long cable runs within your residence. Still will also amplify blocking or noise when the signal is bad due to weather outside, so expected that in lightning storms we get here, again working as described and designed in that regard. But otherwise perfect for me and my cables inside.

I have a indoor HD antenna with a built in amplifier. I get lousy reception, and wonder if this would help, or if I need to buy a outdoor antenna
No. This is intended to amplify an already good signal at the entry point in your residence or business so it will reach a distant receiver or TV over a long cable run. It will not fix an already bad signal, just make it worse since it will be amplifying a bad signal.
