What's great about it: Frisbee throw protection
What's not so great: Filter/Cover over speaker
My kids have a certain toy (Furby) that syncs with an app on the iPad mini. The toy wouldn't sync with the case on and he would throw a fit and chuck it across the room. After taking the case off I noticed there were these black pieces of tape-like/filter material over the speakers area for added protection. After peeling these off the toy worked fine. Other than that no other gripes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Tough enough for my 3yr old
What's not so great: Speakers are blocked by filter/tape protection
