When using Affresh in a GE washer

I have a GE washer. Although it has a multitude of water level and washing options, it does not have a "clean washer" or "normal" cycle. What setting(s) should I use, and does the water level matter for the cleaning process?
Just use the normal cycle. Enough water comes through even with the sensors.
