I got this phone for my mom. Upgraded from an LG G2 primarily because she is already familiar to tbe LG. I recently upgraded to the Samsung Note 5 and some things-like the dual cameras and hi res on the G5 are better than the Note 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this case for my new Note 5. I was looking for a clear one like this since my new phone is the gold platinum color and is a shame to cover it up. So a CLEAR one might look better. The clip that snaps the phone in place protrudes extensively, that's my only beef, the black still looks nice and protects the phone well. It has a little"kickstand" that is pretty cool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coming from an LG G2, there are some features this phone lacks, but others gained. This has a much faster processor. The phone's shines metallic bright gold and looks high class. It's ashamed to cover it up with a Black cover and clip case! (The gold still stones on the faces' top and bottom, lol.

This is a good screen protector. It uses the new military technology that "remembers" it's form and heals itself from indentions or potential scratches. Though I think Gorilla glass would better absorb direct impact, it still is a very good product. It is not a glossy surface, but a matte gloss shine. It clings to your glass screen and you dont have that problem of the cheap screen protectors that the edges start coming unglued and lead to having to replace them frequently.

Can I get this "installed" at BestBuy? If so, typically what is the charge for doing that?

About two months ago I bought mine at Best buy asked if they could install it, they said no. I took it to Verizon Wireless and asked them to, they said sure if I bought it there, but not if I didn't. I told them I have been trying to get it there but Verizon doesn't carry it. (They do now)
Reluctantly, and it was toward closing time and not busy at all a gal installed it no charge.

Is this screen protector supposed to extend over the edges?

Applying it wasn't a problem, but it sticks out about 1/4 inch on all 4 sides. Do I just trim it with scissors? I bought the one specifically for the LG G2. Any advice would be appreciated?
I bought my Zagg screen protector at Best Buy and took it to Verizon to put it on. Normally they don't put them on unless you buy it there they said. But I said well if you sold them here I'd of bought it here. Reluctantly, they put it on no charge. (Now they do sell it there but subject to availability) It fit perfectly on my LG G2, it is NOT supposed to overhang the edges. It should fit about 1 millimeter from all edges. I'm thinking you didn't get the right one regardless of what the packaging.
