I upgraded to the 16GB Walkman from an earlier version (about 4 years old) with less memory. Similar features and performance but much increased capacity for media storage. Used primarily for music - sound quality is fine. The procedure for turning off and resuming play is a bit awkward; goes automatically into "hold" mode, requiring "option" button to be held down for several seconds to resume playing. Simple "on" and "off" mode would be preferable to me. Menus are fairly intuitive and easy to read.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The range extender met a specific need in my home/office be boosting the wireless signal from my router on another floor. It was relatively easy to set up and operate and the results have been impressive so far.

Can I stop it mid song, power off, and then restart when I left off on the same song? I've had others that couldn't and always started back at the very beginning of the play list.
Yes, it will resume playing a song at the same point at which it was paused.
