what tv's are smart tv? and how do they connect to the internet?

via USB, Blue tooth?
Smart TV has apps already installed and can connect to the internet. Either by Ethernet cord, WiFi or with assistance (a streaming stick,Xbox or PlayStation). WiFi capable TV's usually cost a little more. I added the Chromecast to mine.
