I bought one of these el cheapo wireless pointing devices with a Microsoft branding. I have one for my Dell Windows laptop, and now one for my Mac Book Pro. It works fine. The AA battery seems to last a very long time.

You always need a spare battery… that's one of my rules. I bought a new little camera from Best Buy and they were running a special where, if you bought three or four items together, they gave you a good discount!

I purchased this item so that I could charge a spare battery that used AC. The first time I used it, I apparently burned out the unit. It wasn't until I did a little research, that I found out that the spare battery drew more current then this device could handle. My bad… Best Buy accepted my "mea culpa" and refunded my money.

I own a full-sized Canon DSLR but was in the market for a smaller camera I could take with me everywhere that would outperformed the typical cell phone camera. This camera fits the bill perfectly. It has great battery life, an excellent lens with decent zoom capability, great video quality and seems rugged enough to throw in a bag.

I bought the old version quite a while ago and it worked OK. The new version offers some additional features that make it worthwhile. If you're into games, its larger memory capacity will aid in storing programs and data. The new remote is pretty good but it took me a little while to figure out that the top section works as a button-click ONLY if you actually press down on it once the cursor is over your selection! I didn't realize it was a push-able button! It may have helped to read the manual first…but I didn't!

I'm not sure if it's "certified" but I know that Dynex is Best Buy's private label brand. It works fine with my iOS devices (iPhone6, iPad Air). That's all I care about. Oh, and it's relatively inexpensive.

can i use this to connect a device that doesn't have wifi connectivity to the internet via an Ethernet cable?
I have a PC that doesn't have a WiFi adapter on it, and instead of buying an adapter and putting it into the PC, i was just going to get this because it is around the same price, and I would end up with a better connection. If anyone can answer this I would appreciate it very much.
