Bought a 8" samsung galaxy 4 tablet from Best Buy. 3 weeks later it wont hold more than a 5% charge even when plugged in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

should i buy this?

No mine wont hold more than a 5% charge after 3 weeks of use.
