If you could create a list of the best musical minds of all time, you'd be a miss to not have Freddie Mercury on it. The man could sing, his band backed him up ... and knowing Freddie was gay, they gave him "Fat Bottom Girls" as a gag-gift. His take on the song made it a best seller, despite his personal preference was for something far from it.

HDMI cables are not all created the same. I didn't need the best quality for the Blu-ray player hooked up to the bedroom television. Insigna provides these cables which work well when the connected device has a home right next to the TV.

When my wife lost her earbuds, I picked up some cheaper ones at a discount store. Not only was the sound of lesser quality, she didn't like the ways others fit in her ear. I held out for a long time picking up a Blu-ray player. I used my old PS3 for that. But now, I wanted something that would take advantage of video services online, a new, strong wireless connection at home, and play the Blu-rays and watch all the extra content I've been holding off on.
This player is reliable, plays everything for me, has a sleep timer and can access a ton of online services. I picked up on sale, and was the smartest purchase I've made.

When Aquaman was left out of the animated Justice League War home DVD, it was an interesting move. Whether people know this character because they like him or think he's a joke ... at least they know the name.
He was left out of War to have his own film as the follow-up. It does a good job giving him a purpose, not a dolphin, Perfect for sharing who Aquaman is for the new comics fan who thinks he only talks with fish.

What's great about it: Great home entertainment
What's not so great: Never enough extras
Peter Jackson is at his best, telling his version of this Middle Earth tale. The second film, of what will be the three known as simply "The Hobbit," adds some characters that were not in the original work. However, the action, and interaction of these characters does a wonderful job of bringing imagination and the written word to life.
The barrel-riding scene can not just be viewed once. This is a perfect place to use those rewind and play buttons on the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

VIDEO BUT NO AUDIO
i have a insignia converter box the NS-DXA2 model--- I connected it to the tv using the audio /video jack, the jack color is match from the box to the tv.. am getting audio but no video what may be the problem
Bad wire or connection -- have you tried a different set of wires? In the standard RCA, the red and white is the audio and the yellow is the video..

converter box work on epson projector

my direct tv dvr box doesn't have an hdim out jack. i want to hook up my new flat screen w/hdmi. my tv has hdmi input jack. my question...do you have a cord or adapter that will let me use my hdmi cable to hook the dvr box to my tv?
There are a couple of adapters you may want to look at. One is a VGA to HDMI if your DVR has the VGA jack that used to be used for computers to hook up and extra screen. THe adapter for VGA to HDMI runs about $20-$30.

Do I need an HDMI cable for my Samsung TV to connect with my sound bar ?
Do I need a required HDMI cable to hook up my Samsung TV to my sound bar? I got an analog cable inside the sound bar box.
No, you should be able to use the old audio RCA jacks (red and white cable). But HDMI will provide a clearer signal between the two, offering a better audio experience.

Can I connect a CD player directly to this soundar?
Yes, yes you can. Only need a cable from the earphone jack on a CD player, and plug it into the input.

troubleshooting guide needed
My soundbar has been working fine until this morning. The blue light which is near the power switch, is flashing. I have never seen this before. I have checked connections and they look OK. TV volume works fine.
I can't find the booklet for this product.
Can you tell me what the problem is and how to fix it, or, can you send me a link for the troubleshooting guide (or preferably the entire product guide?)

I have seen this before. I ended up killing the power to the powerstrip that I had this and the television plugged into. After letting both rest for about 5 minutes I turned on the TV first ... muted the sound and then turned on the sound bar. The problem went away at that point.
