I wish it had some other sort of port. I love that it's bus-powered, and it's actually pretty quick if it's connected to an internal bus, but for some reason, it doesn't like being connected to a hub. could be the usb 3.0 hub, but haven't had the chance to troubleshoot yet. I'd buy it again if it was on sale, but currently looking for another external drive with thunderbolt and usb 3.0 or fw800 at the very least

reasonably priced, does the job. only had to reset once (which was a huge improvement on previous routers for me)

How many feet out does the signal go?

I have a small house, 1300 sf and it works fine everywhere inside, as well as on my deck and driveway. your mileage may vary...
