What's great about it: Fast and big screen
What's not so great: Can freeze up on the touch
I got mine at Black Friday for a great price! It starts up super fast and doesn't crash. It does on occasion have problems with the touch screen locking up, but I just turn it to sleep and back, then it works fine again.
I use it as a tablet most of the time, but when the battery gets low I can hook it to the keyboard and have more battery time.
I don't really like that the keyboard on screen does not just pop up whenever you are in a fill-in field. You have to bring it up yourself every time.
I also didn't like the auto-dim it was set up as. I know it's to save the battery but when I sat near a lamp in the evening it was adjusting every 2 seconds. Had to turn that off as I like a bright screen rather than it flashing darker and lighter all the time.
All in all, love this tablet/computer.

What's great about it: Touch is very sensitive
What's not so great: Unlocks itself easily
Just an average phone. Doesn't do what I wanted it to do in conversations of text. Still just a dumb phone (not smart). Battery is fine. Receiving photos is pretty goofy as they don't show up right away.
Problems with it unlocking itself in my pocket all the time and pocket dialing or texting someone.

How can I view a video received in a text message in a larger format. The video is very small even when saved to the phone or an sd card. So annoying!

Email it to yourself. You can't do anything else on your phone to see it bigger.

how long does the warranty last?

i dropped my phone (samsung Brightside) and it caused small screen problems. but recently the screen was completely messed up and unusable, i have had it for less then a year. i didn't buy any kind of extended warranty how long does the warranty least on a two year contract with out any other purchases?
Unless you buy the insurance to replace it, you have no warranty
