For a battery powered vacuum for light carpet cleaning I am more than satisfied with this. No cord, decent suction, and it can hold a bunch of stuff without cleaning it out all the time. I had an electro.... stick vac that was battery powered and about the same cost. But it filled up really fast with dust and debris, requiring frequent clean outs. Just need to remember to charge the battery on a regular basis, when the battery runs out it just shuts down. I don't notice it running it down...no loss of power...only the battery indicator light starts to flash.....then it just shuts down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1. price was good.
2. features are good. a) amazon video b) TWC app works to watch cable TV, but not local or DVR controls.
3. so far the sound from the built in speakers beats my old insignia and year old Toshiba 40".

Not Happy with remote, it does not let you punch in a regular cable TV channel #, could not program my RCA universal to do it either. Universal remote just controls VOL, CH, Input, etc. Will try to experiment more........
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does it have LED lighting?
Yes and No, it has LED type indicator lights, but no 'headlights'.

Does the vacuum have any attachments like a corded vacuum does?
NO, its strictly a floor / carpet vaccuum.

How long does the battery stay charged when not in use?
Easily a week, I use it for cleaning small areas at a time and not large areas.

Can a new battery and brush head be purchased? If so, how?
Its a Hoover, so you can get parts locally or from mail order....best buy or amazon.

Can u buy one with a cord
NO, if you can use/prefer a corded vacuum, you probably want to buy one thats already corded. It would probably be cheaper and better. The whole benefit of this vacuum is that its cordless.

Can you leave a charged battery in the charger?
I often leave my battery in the charger for a couple of days. The charger light blinks when its charged, so I think it stops charging it, I never noticed it being warm to the touch when its fully charged.

Can you buy a new charger?
Charger does not seem to be working. Blue light does not come on when it is plugged in. The vacuum is less than a year old also. Is this covered by warranty or can we buy a new one?
Per the owners manual, it has a limited 2 year warranty. Did not read the details, but you can buy the charger on Amazon for <$40 or so.

How well does this work on carpet?
For my carpet it does a pretty decent job, decent suction combined with a powered roller brush. Not sure if it has enough suction for rugs, esp. the deep pile type.
