I bought this laptop because of the brand (ASUS) and the price. I was very disappointed with the performance during general web usage. This was purchased as a travel laptop to play flash games, email, Facebook, and watch videos. Because of the terrible performance about the only thing you can do with it is check your email. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my money on this laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: great price , easy installation/setup
What's not so great: nothing so far
It works great. Bought this for a gaming computer to go with my SSD drive. So far everything is going great, the games have sped up on loading and while playing them. I would buy this hard drive again.

My daughter really likes this cd. My daughter and her friends listen to the cd all the time. I purchased the cd at best buy for a great price. I feel this was money well spent.

What's great about it: easy to use, battery lasts a long time
I really like this mp3 player. It is easy to use and sounds great. I have had many mp3 players and some are so complicated, so I end up not using them. This one is so easy to use that I now use it all the time. I am really glad a friend told me about this MP3.

will this work in an inspiron 580 desktop

It should as long as your desktop supports serial ata and if your bios supports a 1 tb hard drive.
