This was such a hard purchase for me, because I didn't want to have to purchase another one. I read the reviews, I searched and searched. Best Buy was the MOST helpful, and they had the washer and dryer that I wanted. This washer is BIG, so make sure you measure! We had to take the door frame off to get it in, but I LOVE it!! I have been able to wash everything in my house! Big king comforters, and double loads of clothes, and all coming really clean! We got the pedestals and they are perfect reach. I have had them now for about 3 months, and I have no complaints. I have kept the door open just a crack when I am not using it and haven't had any smell issues which is the major thing about reviews with front loaders. The dryer has been great also! Love that there is so many different cycles! Highly recommend!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I need a longer drain hose...

Can someone please point me in the direction of a longer hose I can purchase for this machine? Not sure which size diameter the included hose fitting is. Thank you.
I bought mine from Best Buy and got the metal one, and they had it in stock.

Door swing

I noticed the washer does not have a reversible door, but the dryer does! If the washer door is truly not reversible, is there another model on which the door opens on the opposite side? It seems odd to had the dryer door reversible, but not the washer door.
my washer is on the left, so it isn't an issue.

Height with matching pedestal

What is the height of this washer when used with the matching pedestal/drawer storage?
53 7/8" high is how high this washer and dryer is with pedestals. We just barely got them under our cabinets, but we did! Love them!
