Love this tablet. I've got a laptop, IPhone, Kindle Fire and this tablet and prefer this tablet to any of the other devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: kids apps
What's not so great: slow
Lots of great features for kids but after two days even my 6yr old daughter was complaining of it being slow and locking up.
Ended up returning it after a week.
This product is... easy to set up, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Easy to navigate, Comfortable to hold
About me... Budget Conscious, Parent with kids, Social media enthusiast, Comfortable with technology
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How is the Samsung Galaxy tab 3 8.0 with photos,does it have any programs for photos?

There is a program for photos that allows limited editing of pictures like cropping and tweaking the contrast and brightness. It also allows framing and some preselected scenes like black & white, retro, etc. I would imagine you could download something from the google playstore that does more than the preloaded app I've been using.
