I got this humidifier because I wanted a unit I could control from anywhere and that would keep the humidity level pretty steady. This seemed to be the right pick. When I unpacked the unit, it was packaged well with the filters in individual bags. There's also a cleaning brush. When I continued unpacking, inside the water tank I found a dark gray bag. I have a 7 year old Hermann's tortoise who likes humidity so admittedly this is not my first humidifier. None of the others came with a bag. I set it aside and kept going. It also comes with a long plastic hose. More on that later. There are several steps to assembling it, but they're pretty easy. It's just a little time consuming because you have to literally unwrap and unbag everything. But that wasn't a problem because that means the filters are clean. After assembling it and making sure everything was correct, I inserted the hose through the large hole inside and toward the back of the unit and put the other end over the faucet and turned the water on. It took a couple of minutes because the hose is kinked inside the wrapping, but once the water started flowing the hose straightened out and it worked great. It was so easy to fill. This unit has a huge 6 gallon tank. That hose is a life and back saver. After filling the unit and turning it on I set it up on my home WIFI which was very easy once I downloaded the app on my phone. I set the humidity to 45% and let it go. A few hours later, I went to check on it and discovered that for some unknown reason the humidity was 60% and not 45% as I had set. There was nothing else running to humidify that room. Luckily, having the humidity that high isn't a huge problem for me, but for some it could be. I double and triple checked everything couldn't find a reason. This same scenario keeps happening. All I do is keep watch on it and make sure it has water. The big tank comes in handy. Back to the bag I mentioned. I read further in the instructions and there are instructions on how to store the unit including running dry mode which dries out the filters, taking the unit apart and assembling it differently to make it smaller which is very easy to do and storing it in that gray bag! YAY!! This is really a great unit and I highly recommend it. I would just keep an eye on the humidity level to make sure it stays where you need it.

When I discovered this printer, I was happy because I'm a writer and sometimes I like to print parts of my book to edit while I have coffee. This printer seemed ideal. When I got it, I started setting it up. I had some issues getting it connected to my home WIFI but after some time, it was fine. Next, came printing. I opened my notes app on my phone and chose a small section of my book to print. I was disappointed to find that no matter which app I used to print with, I could not select to print double sided. However, I believe this might be an issue with using a phone and not an issue with the printer or its software because I could print easily from my tablet. The selection I printed was clean and clear. Things seemed to print slower than I thought they should but I wasn't in a hurry. I just let it go. The unit comes with a starter cartridge, which I expected. But I didn't expect that it only printed about 50 pages. I subscribed to the Brother EZ Print subscription service the day I got my printer and everything seemed fine. However, when received my Refresh cartridge, it didn't work so I contacted Brother right away. They haven't been able to pinpoint the reason for the problem, but they have been awesome as far as customer service. They sent me out a non-refresh XL cartridge and the printer works great with it. The one big thing I will say is this. The printer is setup default to tell you to change the toner cartridge when it thinks it's getting low. Not only that, the machine stops. It won't print anymore. Initially, that was a deal breaker for me. But then I found a setting to change it. Tap all settings, then general setup then scroll down to 'replace toner'. By default it says 'stop'. Change that to 'Continue' and that's it. Depending on what you print, you should get at least a few more good quality pages from the cartridge with no problem and it's eco friendly instead of changing the cartridge too soon. Overall I like this printer. The tray capacity is great and it scans at 300dpi by default which is standard. There is a paper catch for the paper you scan, but it only lengthened the tray. It didn't really catch the paper. I scanned a section of something I printed and the papers ended up on the floor. I then found that the catch has two parts. You unfold it twice and the papers stay.

I liked the idea of this unit using recycled/refreshed materials. But when I got it, I was disappointed. Yes, this unit is made with recycled/refreshed materials and that's great. The reason for my disappointment came from the look and feel of the unit. The unit doesn't feel sturdy and it's made with one color for the panels and another for the hinge in the back. To me, it looks like someone did a repair job and used mismatched parts. I just don't care for it. Then there's the fingerprint scanner. It's located as part of the trackpad and I don't know why. Again, it seems like someone did a bad repair job and just popped that little thing right there when they could have put it as a button on the top row. Then there's the keyboard itself. It looked great until I noticed that the R and E are backwards. I honestly thought there was a mistake until I researched further and found out that Acer did it intentionally as a nod to the recycled/refreshed theme. It does come with a sleeve which is nice. Overall, the laptop works great. The screen is nice and bright. But I can't get past the feel when I hold it and use it. It's just not what I expected in this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is great. First, it was easy to unpack thanks to the bag with reinforced handles. It slid right out of the box with no problem and it includes the print heads along with a bottle each of magenta, yellow, blue and black ink. The black is the XL size because it's expected that the black will be used more. Once I removed all the little tape strips and cardboard protection, I tried to set it up using the app. I scanned the QR code, downloaded the app and followed the instructions, but I could not get the printer to complete the installation that way. I finally gave up and used the manual that came with the unit. Everything went well. I filled each tank with the correct ink. It was easy to do with no mess because of the way the tanks and bottles are designed. I had a little bit of ink left in each container except the black which was about half full and that's what the manual said to expect. I wish the manual had said how much ink should be left in the others because you can't see how full the tanks are even if you sit right in front of them. I may have removed the bottles too soon, but I would rather do that and have ink left than to keep filling only for it to spill. The color is fantastic. I printed several colorful art pieces for a friend of mine and the color was great every time. I kept checking to make sure there was enough ink and there was. In fact, it looks like all the tanks are still full even after printing full page color art. I tried several times to register even after the printer was working and I still can't so I gave up. This is a great printer with beautiful rich color output.

I've been looking for a carpet cleaner for a while but could never find what I wanted. I tried this one and I'm very impressed. My home has a very small entry with tile then a transition to carpet. We have rain and snow, sometimes lots of it. The carpet near the entry gets very dirty. When I got this unit I was a little skeptical, but I assembled it and gave it a try. Wow!! It did a great job. Because we've had a lot of rain this year, that area got very dirty. I didn't expect the carpet to get spotless on the first time, and it didn't. That's no fault of the machine. It's just a lot of rain and having to walk on the carpet before taking shoes off. But after a couple of cleanings, that area is almost perfect again. The machine is light and easy to maneuver. The tools store easily. I thought the onboard wand had an issue because it wouldn't clip in to the holder. Then I found out it wasn't meant to. It slides on instead of clips. My fault for being tired when trying to use this for the first time. The suction is great and the carpet dries quicker than with other ways I've cleaned. It stores neatly and easily and is definitely a great item to have.

I really like this countertop grill. I've always wanted one, but smoke from cooking is a concern because I have a friend with sensitivity to it. When I heard about this unit, I had to get it. I was skeptical but it really works! I grilled chicken and there was very little smoke with the lid up and even less with it down and I didn't see any splatters which made it even better. There is one drawback, at least at first. When I turned the grill on, as it was heating up it made very loud banging noises and I don't know why. It may be because the unit was brand new and things had to wear in but it was disconcerting. Other than that, it worked perfectly. The clean up was super easy with just soap and water. The cover went in the dishwasher and came out perfect. The grill and griddle plates didn't fit in our dishwasher so they got washed by hand but that wasn't hard at all. Ninja made a fantastic product and I will definitely be using it a lot to make all kinds of things like omelets and steak. There's a guide on the front for which temperature to use with which kind of meat which is very handy, although I was conservative with that on the first try. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I don't have the easiest time finding earbuds that fit my ears even with different size tips, but these were great right out of the box. They fit well without slipping and the sound is wonderful. There's an app for them to let you customize the experience and I really like that. The only thing I wish these had is the ability to work with Google or Bixby. I tried everything I could think of and could not get them to work with them. I also had issues initially keeping them paired to my phone for some reason. They keept unparing and I had to pair them again, which was easy enough but I don't know why the problem happened to start with. The case could be a little smaller to fit better in a pocket compared to other units but they make up for it with the sound and ease of use. There was some issue with call quality, but I believe this was due to where I was at the time I got the calls and not the buds themselves. I live in a smaller area where call quality isn't that good sometimes. I think these are great earbuds. I now use them in addition to my other ones. I use these at home when I'm working so I can listen to music and not disturb the rest of the house. It makes my workday a whole lot better.

I'm a writer and I chose this laptop because of Microsoft's reputation. When my new laptop arrived, I was very pleased. It was well packaged and very light which I really wanted since I go to the library and coffee shops a lot. Setup was very easy. I connected it to my home network and it started installing the newest updates and software. I also installed all my necessary files and I was eager to get started exploring and working on my book. I noticed that the keyboard wrist rest was textured, almost like a kind of material. It felt really nice instead of the hard metal I'd become used to. But as I started working, I quickly realized that my hands and wrists hurt. My posture and the position of my hands and wrists were fine. The only thing I could attribute this to was the new laptop's keyboard. When I paid a little more attention, I realized that the keys felt stiff. I've worked with this unit on and off over the past several days and the stiffness isn't going away. Other than that, the laptop works great. It's very fast. The display is clear and apps load fast. But, to me, it's just not good for using in long stints, for example, in note taking or book writing. However, I can see it being used as a great unit for business needs like email, video chats, and such.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a really nice phone. The apps are easy to get to and use. The camera takes really nice pictures and the apps that let you remove what you don't want from pictures is great. One of the biggest reasons I wanted this phone is, of course, the Google Assistant. I assumed that the assistant would be native to this phone and have more features than you get on other phones. That's not the case, at least as far as I can tell. I tried several times to get the assistant to make calls or send texts without me having to touch my phone. It either didn't do it at all or didn't understand me and I don't have a strong accent. I hate the fingerprint scanner. I was able to set up my fingerprint with it but after that, it never recognized my fingerprint no matter how I tried. I always have to use my pin. In addition, this phone is very very slick. I almost dropped it twice just getting it set up. I recommend definitely putting a case on it before doing anything else. This phone is dual SIM which means Other than that, this phone is great. It's very fast, thin and light. Apps load very fast and the call quality is good too. The phone has a dual SIM feature so you can, technically, have two phone numbers that use electronic SIMs plus a third in the SIM card tray although I only use mine with 1 eSIM. This is a nice phone but I must admit, it's not my favorite.

This camera is phenomenal! I am an avid photographer and have been looking for a good quality camera with a lot of options that I could get started with. This one is perfect. It lets you adjust your shots your way or you can set it on automatic then just point and shoot. It also does video which is perfect. If you’ve never used a camera like this it will take some getting used to because it’s a little heavier than you might think. I definitely recommend using the included strap. Setup was quick and easy. I do wish that a microSD card would have been included with it, but lucky for me, I had one. Initially I thought there was an issue charging the battery because the battery light blinked instead of being solid when charging. I unplugged the charger, removed the battery from the unit then inserted it again with no problem. I assume there was a connection glitch because it hasn’t happened again. There are a couple of apps you can download so you can see your pictures on your phone instead of on the camera and you can upload them to services like OneDrive. The pictures I’ve taken have been great and I can’t wait to explore and do more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can only use this product on one machine. If you want to use it on your laptop and your phone for example, you need to upgrade.

Does this replace the telephone co router
It didn't for me. I have CenturyLink and I had to create a bridge with my current modem. That's not what I got the Norton Core for so I'm disappointed.

It connects through the internet on your cell phone so you must have your phone with you to use it.

You have to plug it in to your vehicle's power socket. This unit does not have a battery.

If I use it to make a call, does it also act as a speaker while I'm talking on the call, or can it be used in conjunction with a hands-free bluetooth ear unit?
I believe it can be used as a speaker since the directions can also be sent through the speaker on the unit. However, I found the speaker volume to be very low and have not found a way to turn it up. My best experience has been with a bluetooth earpiece.
