I have had an ASUS ROG 17-inch gaming computer that I got from the Best Buy on Michigan Ave. in Chicago for over 5 years now. I use it as a gaming/video editing laptop. I wanted more power and portability and got the ASUS ROG 15-inch from Best Buy. For this genre, it is both light, slim and attractive. The build and engineering are both quite solid and well implemented. A brushed black aluminum finish with a ROG logo is very attractive. A rigid top body and lower case are made of aluminum, which keeps them from warping. The 5.5lbs weight is light for this class of computer. The keyboard is quite nice and has great ergonomics for gaming. It has RGB LED backlighting that can be synced to music and Aura compatible components. I have had no heat problems. Both the CPU and GPU are upper tier performers. The 120Hz display is good but only uses 72% of the NTSC color gamut. It provides great sound. Battery runtime is adequate for limited unplugged use.
This is a very nice gaming/video editing laptop with great build quality, style and performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Bose Hearphones have been a great help in loud 3D spaces. With mild hearing loss, I have trouble with voice discrimination and high frequency audio. The Hearphones (I love the name!) help to overcome my issues by letting me control how they react to my environment (I use their app – quite nice). People seem to be used to talking to people with earbuds placed in their ears and seem to ignore the Hearphones allowing for good non distracted communication. The ability to go from external, focused audio to noise cancelled music environments is awesome. They work great and work for a usable amount of time. They are better at music than hearing aids I have tried for music and still help with speech issues. They are typical Bose high quality and they are unobtrusive. As a premium product I think they should include a charger. The packaging makes you feel like you are getting the great product that it is. This is a quality of life enhancer.

I currently use a Philips Diamond Clean Sonicare toothbrush at home and wanted a second Sonicare to use just for travel. The 6100 is great it for this purpose. One charge has always lasted me through multi-day trips and should handle multi-week trips as well. There are a lot of toothbrushes out there in the market that vary in performance and cost etc. Here are the major reasons I like the 6100. With tens of thousands of brush strokes per minute the cleaning is quite thorough. The small brush head size cleans very well and easily reaches all areas of the mouth and uses a pressure sensor to keep you from damaging your gums. I really like the four brushing periods on the toothbrush which tells you when to switch to a new area for brushing and automatically turns off when the timed brushing experience is over. I am looking forward to trying some of the other brush heads that are available. Nice ergonomics, styling and build quality make for a very nice user experience.

The BOX 2 is great for home and small business application. It provides superior network protection, guarding against IoT, Computer and Mobile attacks. It is managed through a centralized app that includes parental controls. The user is provided with unlimited access to Bitdefender software (requires an annual subscription after the included first year) for deployment on networked wired and wireless devices.
It lacks some router features and has only one available ethernet port for connecting a device if you are using the other port for connecting to a device like a cable modem. I hooked my BOX 2 up to a second router with 8 ports to accommodate local hardwired equipment.
The Bitdefender BOX 2 is an evolution of the original BOX and has a great track record including high ratings for anti-virus. It updates itself and evolves to meet new threats. Nice work!

This Dyson V10 Stick Vacuum Cleaner is another great Dyson product. It has great suction combined with lightweight. It uses a ceramic armature instead of metal to avoid a meltdown or galling due to heat. This lightweight spindle also allows it stops almost immediately when you take your finger off of the trigger. Dyson has also increased the size of the dust bin by 40 percent. This gives you a longer vacuuming session time. The ergonomics are the best I have experienced in a Stick Vac. Great warranty, great quality, lightweight and compact – easy to store using the included wall mount with charger. It comes with a great selection of tools including hard and soft floor heads, crevasse tool etc. It is a great compliment to my full-sized Dyson upright (also from Best Buy).
And it really does suck – AWESOME!!

This is a 60-inch Smart TV with 4K resolution. It was easy to install using the included base mounts. it provides a clean, bright picture. it has three HDMI inputs for streaming and one USB port for Cable or hardware such as a DVD. This Smart TV is Netflix certified and is great for every source I tried. I wish it had more USB ports and capabilities. It is very thin, low weight and has a good remote.

First a little background. I live very close to broadcast antennas - line of sight. When I setup the antenna following the included directions it took about 5 minutes and was very easy. Unfortunately, I was only able to receive 6 channels. I then went to mohu's online knowledge base and quickly found this information.
"Can I be too close to my TV towers? "
An issue that can sometimes occur when you are using an amplified antenna is poor reception when you are very close to the transmitting towers. The signal from the tower can overpower the amplifiers on over-the-air antennas and they won't work with the amplifier on them.
To resolve, we would recommend removing the amplifier and re-scanning for channels. Other customers with a similar situation to yours have had success with this.

The De'Longhi Livenza Convection Oven EO241150m uses convection technology with a combination of a lateral fan and three heating elements to circulate hot air to cook food. The advantages of convection heating include being faster and more even cooking than conventional ovens. It bakes, broils, roasts and toasts. It comes with multiple marked rack adjustments along with task specific racks and pans including, a crumb tray, wire rack, bake pan and a pizza pan. It works with fresh and frozen items with the ability to set the desired doneness. The instructions, both printed and on-line are easy to follow. The stainless-steel interior is easy to clean. The exterior is handsome and well made. I like the large and informative digital display.
The first 15 minutes may produce an odor created by the coating on the heating elements as it bakes off (as stated in the manual). I ran my oven for 15 minutes with no food in it and dissipated the smell.
I really like the speed and uniformity of cooking.

The Hue table lamp connects to the Hue bridge for remote control. I went to the Michigan Avenue Best Buy in Chicago for assistance in putting together an iPhone and Android controlled Hue lighting system. They provided me with the information to set up the environment in a seamless and easy to install way (and saved me money!). I love the style/design.

Can you connect them to an audio Bluetooth player, such as an iPhone, to listen to music when not using them for conversation enhancement? If so, what is the audio quality of the music? Do they compare to the similar looking Bose around you neck earbuds.
They are connectable to Bluetooth players like the iPhone and provide great audio with low noise. Yes - similar to their other around the neck earbuds.

What is the difference between the designer series and the classic blender? Can they be used commercially? Which is more rugged?
The major difference between the two series appears to be the number of functions, with the Designer Series having the most settings. Blendtec also has a series of pro blenders. You can do a search for Blendtec/commercial. They both seem to be very rugged.

Best way to get clear low light shots with action
What is the best way to achieve good motion shots in low light on this camera? I am frequently trying to capture images or video in poorly lighted gyms or auditoriums. Is there a recommended preset that handles these conditions well?
Use the highest ISO you are comfortable with digital noise wise. Preferably 3200 or above. Shoot at the widest aperture preferred setting 1.8 at 28mm if possible. This will give you the fastest shutter speed possible. Last but not least pan with your subject. - good shooting!
