Does using this product eliminate a monthly fee?
I currently have Brighthouse service. I pay for just their Wifi. I do not have TV, or a phone line. If I were to buy a third parties Wifi modem will that eliminate my monthly payment to Brighthouse? Do I have to keep my service with them to use this product? Or can I cancel my account with them, go to Best Buy buy this and still have internet? Thanks so much!
Yes and No. If the carrier supports this modem and you purchase it, it will eliminate any modem rental fees (typically between $5-$15/mo). You will not, however, eliminate your monthly service subscription. If you cancel the subscription then they will delete your modem from the network so you will get a landing page that says you have to activate it. Hope this helps.
Also, if you are using a "basic" plan, this router may be over-kill for you. There are a lot of less expensive options if your plan does not support speeds of 100Mbps+.

Unable to Purchase
I am trying to purchase this online/pick it up in store. None are available. I am very disappointed. Can someone help? It says "store pickup only" than when i search for a store nearby it states "This item is not available near the ZIP code you entered."
Not sure about that, I purchased one online and picked up in the store, and have since picked two others up at my local store (they stock them in Allen, TX). I don't know if that is any help.

Nope. You need a Fiber Modem to support that. This is a Cable Modem.

can i use this router with comcast triple play,even if i don't use the phone feature?
Yes. This modem / wireless router DOES NOT have a built-in VoIP capability, you would need a separate device for that anyway.

Does it work with Time Warner Cable?
Yes. Supports all speeds currently available and all speeds on the horizon (upto 680Mbps Download & 122Mbps Upload).
