What's great about it: Problems from day 1
What's not so great: Error messages, fax goes to sleep and won't respond.
I bought this printer to replace an old HP All in one printer. I immediately had software issues. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times in an attempt to get it to work. Would load numbers into speed dial. They would disappear the next day. If it went into sleep mode, it would not accept faxes. What good is that? Error messages would say "printer error. Shutdown and restart".
Returned it to Best Buy after spending a frustrating hour on the phone with HP. Exchanged for a new one.......it immediately started the same routine. This unit has caused me to loss orders and waste a lot of time.
I replaced it today with an Officejet Pro. Hope this one works!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting CONFLICKING ANSWERS...

Question re: Does this use e-Fax. ANSWER #1: Yes. ANSWER #2: Does not support eFax
Question re: will print BLACK if color cartridge is empty. ANSWER #1: NO, all cartridges must be installed and in working order. ANSWER #2: YES

What is going on, who is right???
Don't believe this is e-compatible. I've returned two 7520's so far. It's cheap junk. Finally changed to different model that works! HP Officejet Pro 8600. Links to my smartphone very easily.
