What's great about it: Clear picture
What's not so great: The remote is the same as my wife's Dynex TV/monitor
I picked this up because the TV part of my Samsung SyncMaster 910MP multi-funciton monitor stopped working. While I do miss having my PC on the screen with the TV as picture-in-picture, sitting this one next to is almost just as good. The sound is clear, though not as good as the Samsung I believe solely due to the location of the speakers. The only complaint I have (which isn't really that big of an issues) is that I forgot Insignia and Dynex were the same thing and the remote controls my TV and my wife's second montor/tv. I turn my TV on, I turn hers off... it's actually kinda fun sometimes. However, the buttons are right on top for easy access.
This product has... Easy to set up, Great value and features for the price, Easy to use remote control

Do that tv have HDMI?
It has 2 HDMI inputs.

Are there any cartridges available for purchase for the Ultra or are they strictly available for download?

Any of the cartridges that have the box on the bottom right of the front of the packaging that say they're combatible with all LeapPad or LeapPad Tablets should work. From what I saw at my Best Buy that was all but maybe 1 of them.
