What's great about it: Excellent picture quality from digital cable/DVR and Blu-Ray player
What's not so great: Nothing that I know of
There were 3 levels of HDMI cables at Best Buy. I need to make sure I had one when I got home to hook my DVR to the new TV. I bought the one in the middle - it meets all the specs of the TV. I admit I am always skeptical of the idea of some cables being better than others, but I did some research and decided I needed more than the basic $5 or $10 cable. It should last a long time and I don't have any complaints about the picture quality on the TV, so I'm good with this choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got new 4' high speed HDMI to mini HDMI - connected to camera & TV & nothing. WhT's the problem?

Did you select the correct input on the TV? You need to make sure you know which HDMI connection you used on the back or side of the TV and then select that input on the TV. That is a common issue when hooking things up to TVs, computers, etc.
