What's great about it: Lots of mounting options included
Installed really well has nice sound with a little thump. Got them because they were MArine rated and could be exposed to water in my golfcart.

how do you know if the battery is charging and when its completely charged

There is a light on the plug. When it is green it is charging when it is not lit it is ready to use.
