What's great about it: Smooth transition from laptop to tablet use, easy to get started with
I purchased this product for my wife's use on business travel. She has already logged quite a few trips with it, and it has performed flawlessly at every turn. It was easy to get set up and easy for her to learn to use. Overall a great product!

This is my first external hard drive. I use i for home backups for both my PC and my wife's PC. It is VERY easy to set up and the software is quite intuitive (mostly). I would recommend this product to anyone.

Can these be used with iPod, Android or Windows?
Im a rare bird here, I have a iPod for my music I have a Nexus 7 tablet which runs Android and a Nokia Lumia 1020 phone which runs WP8 OS. My question is can I listen to all of these devices with just one pair of these headphones or do I have to buy the iPod/Phone/Pad for that and the Android/Windows ones to work with those?
This product works with iPhone and iPad, and ALSO works with Windows PCs - from personal experience. I do not have any Android devices so I can't say there, although I would assume if it works with Windows PCs, it will work with Android devices.

Can I get the laptop with Windows 7 instead?
I really don't like the way that Windows 8 works, I prefer Windows 7. Is it possible to get this ASUS G75VW-DH72 with Windows 7 instead of Windows 8? Also, because I am asking for Windows 7 instead of Windows 8, can I get the price difference between the two Operating Systems removed off the total price? I am interested in the response for it will determine whether or not I take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your time.

Will this system stay cool while gaming?
it has the power to play games but will it stay cool?
Yes, it stays cool without active cooling. I do have one of those mats you sit on your lap when using the laptop, but it just elevates the laptop, no active cooling. Doesn't get very hot at all. Very impressed by that!

How long does a full charge last?
Between four and five hours. I'm sure that will decrease over time.
