Is this item compatible with an Ipad

Can i use this item with an Ipad
I was able to pair it with my Apple TV and I phone, at this price it would be a wonderful edition to your Ipad. I would think it would work well.

I want to use it with a laptop from a distance of 10 feet, will it work?

I hooked it to my Apple TV that is behind my TV and about 15 feet away. Your results may vary depending on the strength of the antenna.

Does keypad have BT plug like mouse or does computer have to have built in BT receivers

This unit is just the keyboard with batteries. It is designed to connect to other Blue Tooth enabled products.
