I purchased the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000)

I purchased the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000) from Best Buy - but can not get it to recognize my system. My existing router still works but will not support the computers in the back of the house.
Can I schedule a member of the Geek Squad come out and complete the installation of the new router?

I have the same router. It's the best I have ever had. Just contact Netgear support

Hard drive recovery

I have an external hard drive (Seagate) that has stopped working and clicks and whirrs. Is there something I can do to recover the files on that drive? Do you provide services that could potentially recover those files?

Can you retrieve photos from a damaged microsd card?

Whenever I put my sd card in a phone, it reads "SD card damaged. Try reformatting it." I tried my brother's computer and it doesn't read the card. I tried 3 different recovery softwares and they don't read the card. I don't care about my music, I just want my photos and videos. Can you recover them?
