This is a great product. Very easy to setup in minutes. It offers an improve to your basic routers and good wifi coverage to about 2000 sq ft.

What's great about it: Good price and works with replacement batteries
What's not so great: Doesn't charge batteries as fast as expected
Good product to charge camera battery if you don't want to use the camera to charge the battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Are there any routers with a on/off switch to turn off Wifi.?

Yes. There are a lot of routers that have that ability but you have to do that most of the time through the router settings or app. It is fairly easy to do. If you have questions on how to do it just simply look for a video online.
