Headset has great, clear sound in both directions. Battery life is supposedly 7 hours, I get more like 4 hours on a good day. Range isn't the greatest either - no more that 20 ft at most. Earpiece fell apart after 4 months - had to replace the whole unit under BB geek squad warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Plays all disks great, nice remote control
What's not so great: The worst DLNA media player I have ever seen
This is a great player if you won't ever be using the DLNA client.

What's great about it: Easy to read, easy to set up, clear audio quality
What's not so great: High price, too few apps available right now
Nice watch, easy to read display. Connects easily with my Samsung S4 phone. Dialing pad and speakerphone in the watch work great. Takes nice wide angle pictures and video and automatically uploads them to your phone. Cool way to answer the phone without taking your phone out of your pocket or purse.
I hope that, within a few months or so, more gear-compatible apps will show up on the market.

What's great about it: Very responsive, good accurate color, crisp video quality, price
What's not so great: WiFi reception a little weak, email app lacks features
Other than weak WiFi reception (which is typical of most tablets) and the not-so-great email app that comes with this tab, I have nothing bad to say which is unusual because I am normally very picky about what I buy. There are lots of apps to choose from out there, some are free and more are on the way.
I chose this over the iPad hands down. Go buy one! You'll love it

why do you need wi fi on blue ray player
If all you want to do is play bluray disks and dvd's then the wifi feature is not needed at all. If you want to use internet services such as netflix or amazon video streaming then you'll need at least a wifi connection.

can blu ray players play on a 480p tv?
There is no such thing as a 480P tv. Older sets in the US are 480i. If your set has a composite video input on it then any BD player with a composite video output jack will work with your set. Otherwise you will need an RF modulator and I'm not even sure they make those anymore.

If you are asking about the S4 phone, yes it will work with the 4.3 or later firmware update for your phone.

Would it be safe to use the Galaxy Gear during exercise, when sweating alot....
The Galaxy Gear is designed to IP55 specifications with dust resistance and protection from short-term exposure to water jets. In other words, a couple of raindrops isn't going to hurt it. Just don't go swimming with it!

Will the current Samsung Gear be compatible with S4?
The Samsung Gear know clearly says for Note 3. I was going to go ahead an order this one, but scared that it would be another model that comes out for the S4. Will it be safe for me to go ahead an order this model for my S4?
Absolutely, provided you have installed the latest 4.3 or higher firmware on your phone. I have an S4 myself and it connects to the Gear just fine.

Not yet. Samsung will no doubt come up with an update to the tab sooner or later than enables connectivity with the tab and other Samsung tablets.

what is the maxium distance the watch can be from the galaxy note ,and still recieve calls and texts
i am a UPS driver i cant keep my phine attached to me ,however i can keep the watch on. i am sometimes up to 200 feet away from my truck where the galaxy note would be .would still like the watch to receive calls and texts
About 400ft (150m) line of sight. Within a wood frame house, anywhere in the house. Within a steel and concrete office building with no walls between you and the phone - maybe 50-75 feet.
