What's great about it: hidden element in oven;stovetop heats fast.
What's not so great: smoothtop requires more cleaning
Purchased this model 2 weeks ago and am very happy so far. Had a GE smoothtop only 5 yrs old & changed to this as just bought different color appliances(all Samsung!).Positives are that the lower oven heating element is hidden underneath; more room inside;even though element is underneath it preheats fast; the cooktop units heat very fast-the "super boil" is great;oven setting keypad take a little getting used to. Previously has another smoothtop range so am used to the smears & cleanup issues, but if you never had a smoothtop before, it requires more cleaning. Get a good brand glasstop cleaner & polish & that will help. Overall, very happy with this range!

What's great about it: good value for the price
What's not so great: finish easily shows fingerprints/marks
Needed a new micro as old one died after 21 yrs. Just bought a new black Samsung fridge (great!) & needed new range & micro to match. Is a good piece for the price. Heats fast; eco setting great; plenty of room inside; easy to use controls. Didn't have any installation issues like several other reviewers- from box to plug in & use took only about an hour. If you follow instructions exact, take your time, and get help when hanging, no problems. Only issue my wife has with this micro is the acrylic/plastic finish around the door. It show every fingerprint & mark. If you have kids or people in the house that "don't know how to use a handle", you will be wiping it down a lot. Not an issue for us as just 2 adults in the house.Other than that, happy with purchase.

What's great about it: design;quality; fridge on top-no more bending!
What's not so great: limited space for tall items
As others reviewers noted, biggest issue is lack of space for tall items- limited to bottom shelfs on doors. On each door, you can fit equal to one gallon milk & a 1 liter bottle of soda(or 2-2 ltr bottles. Inside, you would have to take out the middle shelf to fit tall items. Would have been nice if Samsung had split shelves to avoid this problem. We adjusted by buying smaller size bottles-not a big deal. Positives- fridge is well made, better quality that other comparative brands;solid freezer pull out door & refrigerator doors; well lit inside; solid shelves inside & on doors; quiet running. Is a good size for 2-3 people. Not good for larger family or family of "big eaters" due to shelf issue. I would definitely purchase this again. Would suggest you look at fridge in store rather than just looking at pictures before purchase to decide if shelf size issue would be a problem for you.

Water in fruit and vegetable bins
Several times the evaporator drain tube for the refrigerator section has frozen and caused water in the vegetable bins.I thaw out the evaporator tube and it works okay for a while. Do you have any ideas on how this can be prevented. It is a nuisance.It appears there is not a heater on the defrost line.I don't have any problems with the freezer drain tube.

I have same fridge-purchased about 16 months ago. Up until beginning September was very satisfied with it. HOWEVER, I am now having the same problem you are with water accumulating in both crisper bins. I have read many reviews on other websites & A LOT of owners are complaining of the same problem. Many of them have tried doing what you did; others have called repairman to look at fridge. From the reviews, repairman are saying this leaking problem is happening in a lot of these refrigerators. Also that they have contacted Samsung but Samsung refuses to acknowledge there may be widespread defect in this model. I don't know what to do about this either as warranty has expired-how convenient for Samsung!
