What's great about it: Works great, easy to use,convenient.
What's not so great: Battery could be longer lasting
This watch is great. It is beautiful to look at, I have not received as many comments on how nice my watch is as I have with the 360. These comments have mostly been from people that have no idea what the watch is just on the looks alone. The usefulness is great for me, I work in a job where I cannot use my phone or even look at it while working except on breaks, this is great for allowing me to see what is urgent and what is not. As I wear the watch everyday I see more and more uses for it. The watch has so much potential, and I believe that it looks much better and works much nicer than the yet to be released Apple watch. This is the best smart watch out there, better than the pebble by 10 fold and better than any of the other Wear based watches out there. The leather band is comfortable and looks good,the heart rate sensor is nice to have. I highly recommend this watch to anyone. It looks good on both men and women big and small, it is very much the same size as a full size traditional watch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Works well and is a exceptional motivator
What's not so great: The clip does not last and can cause you to lose your device
I love my Fitbit One. It has helped me lose over 40 pounds in 6 months by keeping me motivated and helping me see the progress I am making everyday. I love this device and it is much better than any of the wristband types including Fitbit's own, they tend to inflate your numbers by anywhere fro 10-20% as they pick up all arm movement as well as your steps, giving you a false sense of accomplishment and skewing your results quite alot. I highly recommend this device.

Right now you must have Android 4.1. I think that Apple has blocked them from releasing the app in the app store because it is something that directly competes with their inferior watch concept.

How long does the battery really last?

On a normal usage day, after the "I must play with my new toy all day" period is over, how long does the battery last before it's useless on your wrist?
The shortest amount of time I have gotten out of the watch was approximately 14 hours with 29% battery remaining. I was setting it up and showing off , generally using it much more than normal. If you are worried buy a $15 Qi charger and take it with you, but I really don't think it is necessary. I have been wearing a watch every day for 30 years and I always take them off at night, so the process of taking it off and literally just setting it on the charger is as simple as setting it down on your dresser. I cannot stress how easy it is, if you are worried , I don't believe that there is anything to worry about.
