I bought this TV so I could give my older LG 1080p/60 to one of my children (yes, I get the better TV!). It was a breeze to get out of the box and assemble the stand, plug in my satellite receiver and Bluray player. The next step was getting online. Connection to my WiFi was simple. The only issue was when I launched Samsung's "Smart Hub" application. I wasn't prompted to login, but rather to create a new account. When I put my email address in I was told that there was already an account with that email address (from an old DVD player from way back when), Anyway, I went to their website and reset the password. Then I launched the "Smart Hub" application again and was NOT prompted to login this time (what's up with that?). Anyway, I was disappointed that there isn't a list of applications to download - you have to know what you want and search for it, then it will install if you tell it to. Great for Netflix, VUDU, YouTube, Crackle, TubiTV, but there were apps that I used to get on my Roku that aren't available (Smithsonian Channel, Nat Geo TV and some others). I know those channels required authenticating to my satellite provider on the Roku, but I don't know why those weren't an option here. In any case, I got the important ones installed. Now on to the GREAT part: the color and sound on this TV are absolutely fantastic! I don't need a soundbar because the built in speakers are great. The screen is awesome with crisp colors, dark blacks, and no blur whatsoever (I'm very happy I spent the extra $30 to get the newer model with the 120hz refresh - 60 is good, 120 is great). All in all, I can't recommend this enough! For the price and performance, it is a much better option than a more expensive 4K TV. And it is a real Smart TV, so you don't have to use a smartphone to do stuff (no "casting"!). And there is a fully functional remote control! What a concept! Finally, a center stand is a much better option than the wide feet other manufacturers use. Great job, Samsung!
I would recommend this to a friend!

i bought this unit because the LG microwave that I had died after 4 or so years of heavy use (family of 5 constantly heating up quick snacks/meals). I bought this because for two reasons - the first being a great price ($205), and the second being it was literally the only one in stock at either of the Best Buy's within 75 miles of my home. I bought it online and drove to the store two days later to pick it up. I installed it today (the same as any other over the stove microwave) and everything works as it should. What more could you ask for, except a lower price, free delivery and someone else to install it, and oh yeah, haul the old one away!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do any microwaves come without the turntable

Sorry to say this, buts that like asking if there's a car without power steering. Sure, they probably exist, but no one wants one. That is a heating/cooking assist feature that is really a requirement to heat stuff evenly. I know there at some models where you can turn the turntable off for that specific heating cycle, but then they default to on again.

I need to replace an existing built in microwave that will fit in the cabinet above the Cooktop

I need a GE Profile microwave that will fit my current opening built in
29 15/16 (W)
16 1/4 (H)
15 9/16 (D)
I currently have a Frigidaire FMV156DBC / Serial 7G64105773 950W
That's a pretty standard size. Anything will fit unless it is designed to fit smaller or larger openings. If you just get a standard sized unit, that is the hole that the peg goes in.

over the stove clearance

How much clearance is required from the bottom of an over the stove microwave and the stovetop?
Electric or gas stove? I think 18" is sufficient, but check on the individual manufacturer's website for specifics. Some over the stove units don't have venting, and that would make a huge difference.

what is heat senser in microwaves?

It's a cord that plugs into a port on the side of the microwave (inside) and it has a probe that you stick into the chicken/roast/item you're cooking. I would not recommend this. If you're cooking something like that, use a convection oven, not a microwave.

Where is the hidden vent and how does it work compared to a top vent?

There is a top vent that requires exhaust ducting. I believe the hidden vent they're talking about is the vent that that sucks up steam and such from the stove top. I guess you can call it hidden because you can't see it unless you look for it.

Is this microwave self venting or does it have to be vented to the outside?

It is self venting, or it can be set to exhaust directly to the rear or straight up. The last two options require pre-existing ducting. But yes, it comes set up to self vent. When installing the unit Is installed, you have to move the exhaust system to the direction your installation requires.

Will my same wall mount work with this microwave I currently have a whirlpool that has broken

You'd have to check with Whirlpool to see if they're a standardized mount. It has been my experience that each new model has a slightly different mount. I assume that is so they can say new and improved.

Where can I find the wall mount?

I'm ready to buy the over-the-range microwave, but where can I get the wall mount to go with it?
It comes with all the mounting hardware you need. Previous units that I have experience with had everything from full plates that mount on the back to a "U" shaped aluminum thing. This unit just has one bar that goes across the back bottom of the unit and two screws that hold it from the cabinetry above.

does this have the night lite option?

There is no night light setting, but there are two brightness settings on the range light. The lower of the two could be used as a night light, but that seems like overkill. Just get a night light.

why is the control panel not white-white.Looks likes it's aged white?

In the store the control panel is not white-white. It looks yellow white. Why?
It is pure white, just like the rest of the unit. If you're seeing yellow, it must be a very old display model.
