What's great about it: Easy setup, great quality sound for such a small unit

What's not so great: No volume indicator on the unit.

The Bose Solo is a great sound system that makes a television sound similar to a movie theater. Great sound with 3D movies. The installation was very easy and the manufacturer provides the cables required for the setup.

I would recommend this system for users that are looking to enhance the sound of their television.

Suround sound system

My TV is cabled to 4 speakers, one in each corner of the living room below the ceiling and controlled with one remote for all - TV, Dish, sound. How will this work with only one sound system?

Best Answer

The Bose Solo will take over your surround sound system. I have a surround sound system and the Bose has a better sound and its only one unit with one cable. Make sure to take advantage of the optical cable with your television.
