What's great about it: They were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job!
What's not so great: Nothing!
Can't say enough about the experience...not only was the install flawless but the associate was knowledgeable and courteous and did a wonderful job of also installing the shield as well as explaining and training on the Surface.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: easy to Use Keyboard
What's not so great: May not use it often enough
This is a great keyboard and attaches easily and is easy to use....however, my husband finds that he prefers the ease of just using the keyboard on the Surface itself. However, if you are doing a lot of writing and prefer the feel and use of a regular keyboard this is the one--not the Touch one that is also offered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will you clean my iPad before putting on a new shield?
I've had my iPad for a while and would like the existing shield removed and a new one put on.
Apparently having an insanely clean, no dirt, no dust, no lint screen surface is key for the shield to be applied correctly and look great after it's on. Cleaning the iPad is not listed as one of the Geek Squad screen installation steps. ??

They absolutely clean it and make it spotless before putting the new shield on...cannot say enough about how great the associates are--at least in the Lakeland Fl BestBuy!
