When it says a tilting mount, is it a horizontal or vertical tilt?

Want to be able to buy a mount that I can shift the view left or right instead of up/down. The website doesn't state it.
For movement left and right, you want to go with a Full-Motion Mount. The tilting mounts only tilt up or down, I believe. Hope this helps! :)

24 inch flat screen TV

I mounted the TV on the wall in my bedroom, now I want to stand it up in my living room instead. I threw out the base for upright installation. Can I buy just the base?
Look through your TV manufacturer's website for a replacement stand. Nearly every TV has a different type of stand, so your best best would be to go through the manufacturer. To my knowledge, Best Buy doesn't sell these because of how big of a variety of them there are. Hope this helps! :)

range.?

I'm trying to find a mouse with a range of at least 6 to 10 feet.. Does this mouse have a long range.? It doesn't say..
This mouse can definitely fit your needs. If you don't go with this mouse, just know that any mouse that lists '2.4 GHz' can actually reach up to around 33'. Hope this helps! :)
